December 1st was the "deadline" for Class Measurer Paul Millsom's
initial draft of the new rules. Jeff Martin hinted (see posting at the
URL
http://www.laser.org/archives/1999/Sep-Dec/msg00929.html )
that ILCA will "publish a draft for constructive criticism within a laid
down period." As Jeff also noted, we need "time to get public feedback
on the rule drafts."
Is Paul having a major Y2K problem? What's cooking, Jeff?
