For those who have not seen it, US Olympic hopeful Marc Jacobi's "Ideal
Vang Tension Downwind" is now available in the "Boat Handling Section"
of drLaser.
Also, I'm doing a lot of changes in the web site. drLaser is getting a
face-lift for the Y2K!
Over the next several days, this site will start catering more and more
to the higher end, JavaScript capable browsers such as I.E. 5+ and
Communicator 4,6+. (Older browsers will still be supported, but not as
the default setting.)
You can now perform complex Boolean keyword searches of the site
directly from the text-based menu pages of any section, too.
All JavaScript pull-dowm menus in the "wide version" of drLaser are also
improved, allowing you to perform searches and browse previously
inaccessible sections efficiently.
All these changes may cause some errors. OVER THE NEXT FEW WEEKS, IF YOU
SEE ANY BAD LINKS, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO LET ME KNOW.
Last but not least, have a very happy and healthy new year! It's been
great to be back, chat with all of you (member and non-member) in 1999,
and to be of some service to this boat we love.
