Washington DC Laser racing at the Washington Sailing Marina just south of
National Airport (OK, so this is actually Northern VA, but the water surface
counts as part of the District of Columbia). Run by Potmac River Sailing
Association (PRSA). In addition to area schedule and weekend events, they
normally have a Sunday Laser frostbite during the winter. See URL:

Lots of Lasers and lots of racing in Annapolis at Severn Sailing Association
(a short drive from DC). Apart from area regattas and several regattas at
SSA, there is a Tuesday evening summer series and a Sunday Frostbite. See
