I took a look at Mark's new bulletin board yesterday, and do not see it as
competing with The Laser List at all. What I saw was an innovative tool for
an enthusiastic dealer to provide a new level of support for his customers
and the products he carries. I took a look at it before forming a judgement
and am glad I did.
Having lived in Toronto where all my sailing dealers, suppliers, sailmakers .
. . were a local phone call and drive away and now finding myself an 8-hr
drive from my 'local' Laser dealer, I am most appreciative of any and all
customer support information and communication sources available to me.
Hmmmm . . . customer support . . . product support . . . anyone else remember
when computers used to have that?
