Hello,

I, relatively new to Laser sailing, often have problems with the outhaul line getting caught behind the centreboard when gybing. I am tempted to attach a single little bowline to the boom, approximately 50 cm. (sorry, only metric system in my school days!) aft of the mast, to keep the outhaul line up and away from the centreboard. Would this be class-legal? Does anyone have any better ideas?
