Voting is open until September 15th if you send or fax your ballot to
England. If you want to send it to me, I have to cut off accepting ballots
on Sept. 1st so I can be sure to mail them all to England to be tallied by
the 15th.

the evening.
The changes that are approved by the members still have to go to ISAF for
approval at their November meeting, and it's fairly likely that they won't
allow us to make the rule changes official until after the Olympics are over
in September 2000 for obvious reasons. So I wouldn't look for the new stuff
being legally used until next Fall at the earliest.

I hear ya - we live in Utah, and until last year even the employees at the
ski shop that was our Laser dealer thought the same. It was . . .
maddening.
