Robert, two qualifications:
1. You must be old enough
2. You must have enough money
That's it!
On the other note ILCA had not confirmed the date of the masters nor
released any info on Charters last time I looked on the ILCA page. The NA
Website Major regatta dates says March 21-27 but until it is confirmed by
Jeff M at ILCA I would not count on it.
