Dear readers and laser sailors

Can I suggest an email ettiguette guidelines of some sort.
As an example, see those posted at InfoEagle of Boston College where I spent
some time.

In particular:

"Please remember at all times that you are communicating with another person
at the other end of the email, not a machine. Use civil language and re-read
your messages before you send to check for possible misunderstandings."

Non no's are: stupid. SHOUTING, etc
