Jim, AND others,
YES, join ILCA.  What is the membership now?  $40.00 US dollars?  (Haven't
looked it up in my checkbook) AND Less for Juniors.  Where else can you get
so much bang for your BUCK?  You also get to VOTE (hint, HINT) on rule
changes that effect YOU the Laser sailor.  AND notices of MORE races and
functions than anyone could EVER attend.  You get to pick and choose.  I
don't know about other areas, but in District 13, we get a much smaller
Newsletter with MORE functions that are closer to home.
