Pick up a copy of Dave Perry's book, "Understanding the Racing Rules of
Sailing" Dave writes and uses examples of all the rules in a way that is easy
to understand and comprehend. The illustrations by Brad Dellenbaugh also add
a lot to the book. IT's the best I've seen on the market.
