I think that technical issue of how to be removed from the list is only one
side of the medal.
The real question is why we see an avalanche of these requests.
My guess - there is a lot correspondence on a secondary issues like
centerboard painting and practically nothing with a real impact on boat
performance or sailing/racing skills.
